First time I heard people using these giant spoons for redfish, I didn't believe it. Always considered large spoons being reserved for pelagic fish. Been trying for a while to catch em on these 3oz spoons for several fishing trips with no luck so it was a good day for me. This was at the port mansfield jetties in Texas. Just getting into jetty fishing and love trying new styles of fishing. Hey at least someone got a tarpon on the lemon rig. Penn slammer reel is doing wonderfully, very happy with it.
